Hoor Animation Studio
Hoor Studio founded in 1991 with a specialized team in the field of animation production. It was registered officially in 1994 as “Hoor Animation Studio”. Advertising teasers on TV such as Bank Saderat Iran and Isiran Institute are the major professional activities of this institution. Programs ordered by Traffic Administration of the Law Enforcement gained a special popularity among audiences. Characters of the said program (Sia Saketi, Davood Khatar, etc.) are the most popular animation characters in Iran. In 1996, this studio was the only non-governmental specialized institution that worked on animation production in Iran; currently, more than hundred studios are engaging in this area. However, it is still the greatest private specialized animation production in Iran. As the producer of the first educational programs (Traffic Administration) and the first digital animation series (Yar-e-Mehraban), this institution has achieved so many rewards from domestic and international festivals.
General goals of the studio can be categorized into the production of TV series, movies, entertainment series, digital visual effects and multimedia products. Using creativity and innovation in products of the institution causes development and self-sufficiency in cultural and art fields of our country so that other countries wanted the products of Hoor.

The Animation Process at Hoor
Preproduction
1.
Idea or Story
This is the essence of the piece you are going to create and it is one of the most important parts of the preproduction.
2.
Screenplay
At this stage, the creators need to write and develop the script in details.
3.
Storyboard
This is where the script is broken down into scenes and drawn into panels (camera angle, lighting, models movement, etc.)
4.
Conclusion
In the last preproduction phase it has to clear that what software and technique must use for animation that they are shooting for
Production
1.
Designing
Characters and the requiring spaces would be done
2.
Modeling
Regarding the designing, characters and space are turns into models.
3.
Layout
All artworks are set in the scene and the project would be ready for lighting and animate.
4.
Animate
At this stage, animators bring the characters to life.
5.
Lighting
There is a great deal of technical direction that happens at this stage.
Post-production
1.
Visual Effects
You can add 2D or 3D visual effects on the animation

Edition
The director reviews all scenes carefully and makes it attractive using different effects.
3.
Dubbed & Sound Effect
Characters dialogues will be doubling and sound effects put on movements of the characters
4.
Music
The music that composed based on the content and situation of the scene would be sync on the animation.
5.
Finalization
The last stage of production is to prepare an output from the edited file along with sound and music and it is ready to release.
